Our vision

A museum that travels to students

RTW Veteran Center has already taken its picture exhibits into libraries on a trial tour. The next step is a dedicated, decorated van that can transport the exhibit, equipment, and presenters to more places.

We envision college student presenters trained to explain the pictures while wearing historically researched military uniform reproductions from different eras. Their presentations would help young students connect a face and a story to each period of service.
